This cosy one bedroom cottage can sleep two people comfortably and an additional two in the living room if required. The sitting room and kitchen on the ground floor are tastefully furnished with the original open plan Victorian fire place, WiFi access (for guests bringing their own laptops), LCD TV with DVD player, books and DVDs plus a plush three seater sofa bed with comfortable double pull out mattress. Additional bed linen, duvet and pillows are available on request.

The contemporary solid beech kitchen is equipped with an electric double oven, microwave, American fridge / freezer as well as the standard crockery, cutlery and glassware. If you do need access to washing facilities whilst on holiday, we have a new fitted washing machine and iron with ironing board.

Upstairs the double bedroom is light and sunny with a comfortable double bed, hypo allergenic pillows and duvet, chest of drawers and wardrobe space. The bathroom has a modern white suite with bath and overhead shower.

The property also benefits from a spacious 'sun trap' courtyard stretching around both sides of the property and comes complete with patio chairs and table as well as a stylish summer house for those lazy morning breakfasts.
